North Baddesley Infant School

Happy, valued and growing together

Welcome to North Baddesley Infant School!

Here at North Baddesley Infant School we nurture our children to be the best they can be. We encourage our children to be resilient, independent and respectful and we believe in lifelong learning and regularly remind the children that we are all learners. We develop curiosity by asking big questions about the world around us and give children high quality feedback to help them with their next challenge.

We are situated in a semi-rural village between Romsey and Southampton. Our school was established in 1876 and we have always been a central part of the local community.

Growth is an important aspect of our school. We are surrounded by beautiful grounds and our classes are named after trees recognising the journey of growth that each child takes as they move through our school. We are currently a two form entry school with seven classes, growing to three form with nine classes by 2018 and we are embracing this opportunity to ensure places for every pupil at their community school.

We have an incredible staff who are committed to giving the children unique experiences, security and excitement. We want the best for our children and this means that we challenge them in the classroom whilst making sure that we have lots of fun at the same time! We pride ourselves on the nurturing approach and the family feel as you walk around our school. Everyone here has a voice and are listened to.

We hope that you find everything you need on your visit to our website and if you would like any further information please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.

We hope to see you soon,

Mrs Carla Lashmar
